strong><font size="4">Security Policy for Edge Entertainment:</font></strong><hr align="left" width="633" color="#00004b"> <font face="verdana, helvetica, arial, sans serif" size="2" color="#000000"> The first and most important thing that we can say here at the All American Sports Academy and Edge Entertainment is that the safety of our patrons is the primary concern. We appreciate the business, however our concern is always about the patrons no matter what the age. We are providing a safe environment for the families to participate whether it be a dance or a basketball tournament. <br/> Having said that we would like to reiterate our policy for any behavior that is deemed as inappropriate or offensive to either the staff or other persons attending the event. While kids will be kids, we at the All American Sports Academy and Edge Entertainment want any and all participants of the events to know the policy while on the premises. <br/> <br/> <ol type="1"> <lh>Security Policy</lh> <li>Each and every person on the property is subject to being searched and or wanded in order to guarantee that no weapons or contraband is brought in the building.</li> <li>If you refuse to be searched you will have to leave the property immediately. If you choose to not leave you will be arrested.</li> <li>If you fight while on the property you will be detained by security by any means necessary, taken out of the building and arrested. There are no exceptions to this rule. </li> <li>If you threaten anyone on the premises with violence or try to intimate anyone for any reason you will be detained and forced to leave the property. If law enforcement officers are required you will be arrested.</li> <li>If attending a dance you will be searched and or wanded and there will be no lighters, weapons, combs, pocketbooks (other than small ones for personal items) or colors allowed in the building.</li> <li>If you refuse to following instructions from either security or staff you will be told to leave the building immediately. If you don't or stand and argue you will be detained and arrested!</li> <li>If you destroy the property of the facility or even attempt to destroy property you will be arrested.</li> <li>If you are asked to leave the property your photograph will be taken, put in a book and you will not be allowed to attend another event whether it is a basketball tournament or a dance. Please keep in mind, if it is a tournament, your are done. You will not be allowed to continue to play in the tournament if you are asked to leave by the staff. Under those circumstances, you will not be allowed to play on day two etc. The authority of the Staff of All American Sports Academy and Edge Entertainment is the final word. The promoter of an event can not overrule the Staff. </ol> We are using trained security personnel and for dances or parties in the facility we will always have armed police officers on site to facilitate us ensuring that at no time will a person feel unsafe. If at any time any person of any age feels unsafe or unsure of a situation we ask that they immediately go to the staff and or security and alert us to any problem. I am sure that everyone would agree that while we as staff can not see everything all of the time, if everyone here helps us we will be able to contain and handle any issue that arises safely and expeditiously. <br/> <br/> We as facility operators want everyone to know that by coming on to the property here at 801 Elkton Boulevard, Elkton, Maryland 21921 you will be photographed and or video taped via either security cameras, still cameras, or camcorder's. We want everyone to know that by attending an event you give your consent to be photographed for the purposes of security as well as advertisements and promotions. The recorded image is the property of All American Sports Academy, LLC and will be turned over to the police if a crime is committed on the property and the images will be used to help us identify any participant. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> |
